Favorites

"These are a few of my favorites."

I am very fond of my backyard - all year, but especially on bright winter days.	I like making stuff. Here's one of four radiators I made for our house.
Just for contrast, here is my favorite swimming hole. We swim in streams here, and the lakes. The swimming holes are many and magical. This one has trout, sunshine, over-hanging hemlocks, and seclusion.

Dolores and I have wonderful friends and I do not mean
to say these are favorite friends. They just express
so well something that all the friends share - love.

One of my most favorite things is reading poetry - usually aloud. Here's a favorite.

Dolores and I take frequent days trips to exciting places in our region. This photo from a trip to Clayton, New York for the "Oar, Paddle, and Sail" festival captures some of that favorite thing.

Those are a few of the "Thousand Islands" in the background. It's the St Lawrence River.
