A project is different from a task in that it requires planning, scheduling, and the marshalling of resources. It is important to not confuse or mix the two. Tasks just need to get done. Anything that can be a task rather than a project should be. Projects are the stuff of thoughtful evenings and conversation with friends. Their starts and finishes mark the passage of time. A project is also different from an exploration. Explorations might be considered projects without commitments. Projects have goals and are advanced with standards.
